Requiring a solar system installing (as no electricity is available in this area), the house is in a poor condition at the moment, but this could be fixed up by a competent DIYer over a few weekends.  A roof leak caused the current owners to abandon the property, and with this leak fixed, the house could be restored to it's former condition quite easily.  There are a large amount of outbuildings, still in fair condition, and a secure storage room to the rear of these, where the solar system used to be installed.

All the conduits are still in place, and the house is built of concrete beams and brick, so there is no structural damage to the property - so although this is considered a full reform, the basics are still in place.

Please be aware that this is in a national park, and as such, there would be certain restrictions on the reform, and also the house is in the wild (although tarmac access), so it's not walking distance to shops and bars.
